If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you may request a replacement or refund within 60 days of receiving your order.
If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
To start a claim, please email us with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description. We will review your request and let you know if a replacement or refund is approved.
Approved replacements will be shipped out within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided was invalid or incomplete, resulting in a failed delivery.
Unclaimed Packages: Orders that are not collected or refused at delivery and are returned to us.
Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns for change of mind or unwanted products unless the item is unused and in it's original packaging.
Customs Rejections: If a package is rejected or not delivered due to unpaid duties, taxes, or country import restrictions.
Order Cancellations: If you request to cancel an order after it has already been prepared for shipment.
Uncollected FedEx Deliveries: Shipments abandoned or destroyed by the carrier due to customer inaction (such as not paying import fees or incorrect contact details) are not eligible for replacement or refund.
If your refund is approved, it may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us (trymynora@gmail.com) for assistance.
Our products are made on demand. Because of this, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to damage, defect, or misprint. Please double-check your shipping details and product selection before placing your order.
